We want you to love your Farmacy favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Simply ensure the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
